1. Overview of Services

Refocus provides a Starter Promo which includes:

  • A 1-page website or landing page hosted on a subdomain (e.g., www.yourbusiness.inbze.com)
  • 2 professional business email accounts
  • Website hosting
  • Lifetime use of the website (as long as hosting is active)
  • Optional add-ons including SEO, chat apps, social media reviews, and more

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to sign up and make a purchase. You must also be authorized to represent your business or organization.

3. Payment Terms

  • The one-time cost of the Starter Promo is $799 BZD ($399.50 USD)
  • A limited-time discount is available at $499 BZD ($249.50 USD)
  • Payments are due in full before any service or work begins
  • All payments are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated or required by law

4. User Responsibilities

By purchasing, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information on our lead capture form
  • Collaborate during the initial setup (content, logo, business details)
  • Review and approve your website layout/content in a timely manner
  • Avoid uploading or requesting illegal, offensive, or copyright-infringing materials

5. Website Ownership & Access

  • You own your website content
  • Refocus retains management access as the hosting provider
  • You may request updates, changes, or transfers, which may incur additional fees

6. Add-Ons and Customizations

Optional features (SEO, social chat app integration, etc.) can be added upon request. These services are quoted separately unless included in a specific offer or promotion.

7. Lifetime Website Use

“Lifetime use” refers to access and ownership of the website hosted under Refocus infrastructure as long as the hosting service remains available. If hosting services are discontinued, users will be notified in advance with options for migration.

8. Revisions and Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround time is 5–7 business days after content and payment are received. One round of revisions is included. Additional revisions may require a fee.

9. Termination

Refocus reserves the right to cancel service if:

  • A user violates our terms
  • Payment is not completed
  • Content requested is unethical or illegal

In such cases, no refund will be issued.

10. Limitation of Liability

Refocus is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, data loss, or service interruption. While we aim to provide a seamless experience, technical issues beyond our control may occur.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the site or services after changes implies acceptance.
