Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any service provided by Refocus HQ, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Refocus HQ provides web design, development, hosting, email setup, and related digital services to businesses in Belize and the Caribbean region. The scope of work for each engagement is defined in a separate project brief agreed upon by both parties.
3. Payment
The BZ$499 starter package is a one-time payment covering all services listed in the package description. Payment is due before project commencement. This is a limited-time promotional price and may revert to the standard rate of BZ$899 at any time.
4. Lifetime Hosting
Lifetime hosting means your website will remain hosted on Refocus HQ infrastructure for as long as Refocus HQ operates. We commit to a minimum of 5 years of hosting from the date of your site launch. We will provide 90 days' notice before any material change to hosting terms.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, you own the content and design of your website. Refocus HQ retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio. Any third-party assets (stock images, fonts, plugins) remain subject to their respective licenses.
6. Turnaround & Timelines
We aim to launch most projects within 3–7 business days of receiving all required content and approvals from the client. Delays caused by late content submission or extended revision cycles may affect the launch timeline.
7. Revisions
The starter package includes up to two rounds of design revisions. Additional revisions or feature requests beyond the original scope may incur extra charges, agreed upon in writing before work begins.
8. Limitation of Liability
Refocus HQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant service.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Belize. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, or failing that, through the courts of Belize.
